PM Consulting in Cebu seeks a Regional HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across multiple branches in the region. You will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.

This onsite, morning-shift role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in regional or managerial capacity. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential to drive policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-12 years HR experience, with 3-5 years in a regional or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and multi-location HR management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
