A leading workforce solutions provider in Las Piñas is seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 8 years in HR and 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, leading recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in labor relations and HR policy development, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Competitive pay of ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 per month with potential for negotiation during the interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in labor relations and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
