Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HRBP or comprehensive HR operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of full-cycle HR operations and daily HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders in aligning HR strategies with team business goals.
• Assist end-to-end recruitment for various roles and meet manpower demands.
• Maintain daily communication with managers and employees, assist information synchronization and build collaboration.
• Support daily HR operations and implement standardized HR solutions and routine HR management activities.
• Assist in employee relations management, handle inquiries, policy interpretation and simple workplace issues.
