Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a strategic, highly collaborative HRBP to join the team in Mandaluyong. You will advise senior leaders, align HR strategies with business objectives, and drive talent management in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

You will lead talent reviews, management of employee engagement, and partner on organizational design, performance management, and governance in accordance with Philippine labor law and Emerson standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in global Shared Services, BPO, or multinational tech/engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Workday, or SAP required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development with L&D.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and retention.
• Guide performance evaluations and merit/bonus review processes.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Code and corporate governance standards.
• Provide data-driven insights from HRIS on attrition, time-to-hire, engagement.
