Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated HRBP to join our team in the Philippines. You will support business leaders, assist in workforce planning, and help align HR initiatives with fast-growing business goals.

You will handle recruitment support, employee relations, daily HR operations, and policy guidance while maintaining open communication with managers and staff. This role offers a hands-on opportunity in a dynamic, scaling organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HRBP or comprehensive HR operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of full-cycle HR operations and daily HR processes.

3. Maintain daily communication with managers and employees, assist in information synchronization and build a collaborative team environment.

4. Support daily HR operations, and assist in implementing standardized HR solutions and carrying out routine HR management activities.

5. Assist in employee relations management, handle daily employee inquiries, policy consultation and simple workplace issues, and maintain a positive and compliant team environment.

Ideal Profile:

1. Minimum 1 year of HRBP or comprehensive HR operation experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2. Basic knowledge of full-cycle HR operations, familiar with daily HR management processes and tools.

3. Able to support employee relations work, including basic policy interpretation, daily conflict coordination, and performance management process support.

4. Responsible and reliable with a strong sense of integrity; good interpersonal skills, quick learning ability and strong adaptability in a high-growth business.
