Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu IT Park is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own the end-to-end performance lifecycle and employee relations, aligning teams with global standards in a fast-growing environment.

You will apply knowledge of Philippine labor laws, drive OKRs and KPIs, and coach leaders with empathy. The role starts onsite for 6 months, then a hybrid model with 3 onsite and 2 WFH days, daylight hours 6 AM to 3 PM PH time.

Qualifications

• 4–12+ years in HR, with extensive BP/Generalist experience in large, structured environments.
• Direct ownership of performance lifecycle, OKRs, KPIs, and PIPs.
• Strong Employee Relations experience, including NTEs and hearings.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR process design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance lifecycle for 60–80 teammates with global standards.
• Design and track role-specific OKRs and KPIs; remove operational noise.
• Coach leaders with high-empathy 1:1s; align with strategic vision.
• Transform undocumented workflows into scalable SOPs; enforce discipline.
• Manage misconduct cases, NTE issuances, and labor compliance.
