Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This role focuses on driving performance and talent development for training leads and trainers within assigned programs, while coordinating with operations for scheduling and resource management.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, client-facing experience, and a solid grasp of adult-learning principles, QA methodologies, and data-driven training needs analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of working experience in related field required.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary or global teams.
• Client-facing experience, track record of rolling out internal & external training programs.
• Solid knowledge of adult-learning principles and QA methodologies.
• Strong data literacy; translate quality metrics into actionable training-needs assessment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and project-management skills; identify and resolve performance gaps pro-actively.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and talent development for Training Leads and Trainers within assigned programs.
• Ensure accuracy & timeliness of program-level metrics: CSAT, QA, AHT, throughput.
• Manage structured new-hire handover and consistent nesting-framework implementation.
• Coordinate with Operation and Workforce Management Teams for training scheduling and resource pull-outs.
• Monitor trainer utilization rate and proficiency scores.
