The role requires about 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. You will contribute to an efficient workplace and support business objectives through proactive HR support.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
