You will drive process improvements with AI tools, share market insights, and help Advantage HQ attract world-class talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or agencies.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with recruiting metrics experience.
• Self-starter who delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring coordination.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Ensure every hiring process is professional, efficient, and aligned with our company values.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, success profiles, and priorities.
• Provide recommendations on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, and market availability.
• Keep stakeholders informed through recruiting updates.
• Conduct structured interviews evaluating technical capability and cultural alignment.
• Present well-qualified candidates with clear summaries and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure fair, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Continuously build relationships with professionals before positions open.
• Represent Advantage HQ on LinkedIn and talent communities.
• Strengthen employer brand through candidate engagement.
• Support initiatives to improve reputation as an employer of choice.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in ATS and track KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data and process improvements.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends and tools.
