Advantage HQ, a tech-enabled growth firm, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to build proactive talent pipelines and strategic sourcing across functions. You’ll leverage market intelligence, AI, and modern channels to attract interview-ready candidates and support recruiters.

In a fast-growing environment, you’ll partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the Head of People & Culture to scale our hiring velocity, improve quality, and elevate candidate experience across global markets.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
• Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using advanced search techniques and multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across multiple business functions.
• Build and maintain evergreen talent pools.
• Develop relationships with exceptional candidates long before opportunities.
• Ensure recruiters have a consistent flow of interview-ready candidates.
