Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups, agencies, or remote-first organizations.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, creative, sales, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring coordination.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
