Job summary

REMOTE STAFF, INC. in Makati/Metro Manila is seeking a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention aligned with our culture and business goals.

You will own salary benchmarking, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR analytics, partnering with Finance and the CEO to elevate recruitment quality and workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or senior HR roles.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
• Behavioural interviews and candidate assessments experience.
• Knowledge of performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR processes.
• Salary benchmarking and remuneration experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and productivity tools (MS Office/Google).
• Analytical with HR KPIs and dashboards.
• Understanding employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
• Plan workforce needs with managers and leadership.
• Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage offers, salary negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation checks, and offboarding.
