Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in startups, agencies, or remote-first environments.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, creative, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and Boolean search; excellent interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, and benchmark compensation.
• Lead data-driven hiring decisions using recruiting metrics and ATS data.
• Represent Advantage HQ professionally across LinkedIn and talent communities.
• Improve recruiting processes and implement AI-driven tools to boost productivity.
