Job summary

6R Diamond Int’l Cargo Logistics, Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Executives to grow our client base by acquiring profitable and long-term clients in freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.

You will identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and nurture client relationships while coordinating with our operations team to ensure high service standards and competitive quotations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or B2B.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, client visits, and other sales activities.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand import/export, freight forwarding, and customs clearance requirements.
• Follow up potential clients and convert qualified leads into active accounts.
• Prepare and send quotations using company-approved templates and rates.
• Coordinate with operations for rates, service requirements, onboarding of new clients.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, industry events to generate new business.
• Maintain records of prospects, quotations, follow-ups, client transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and assist in developing long-term relationships.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance of new and existing clients for commission and quarterly incentive eligibility.
