Job summary

Royal Cargo Inc. is seeking a sales professional in Lapu-Lapu to drive new business and strengthen client relationships. You will assess shipping needs and propose freight forwarding solutions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service and satisfaction.

The role requires a track record of achieving sales targets, 2–3 years in logistics sales, and strong communication and analytical skills. A valid drivers' license is beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, transport or supply chain.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business.
• Experience with Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Domestic Transportation is a plus.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; own vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through client acquisition and relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for customer needs.
• Assess shipping requirements and recommend freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and market analysis.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
