Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics providers
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote cargo services
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor shipment performance and resolve client issues promptly
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely delivery
• Prepare regular sales reports including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges
