Lean Solutions Group is seeking a results-driven Carrier Sales & Logistics Coordinator to own our transportation network's capacity, negotiate freight rates, and manage shipments from booking to final delivery. This role demands sharp negotiation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

You will source carriers, ensure 100% load coverage, monitor loads with TMS and loadboards, and collaborate across global teams to drive margin growth while delivering

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics operations.
Strong familiarity with US/North American freight markets, mode strategies, and carrier SOPs.
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills for high-volume phone work and fast-paced negotiation.
Tech-literate with rapid adaptability to new TMS systems, loadboards, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, and retain carrier networks to guarantee capacity across varied lanes.
Negotiate competitive spot and contract freight rates to maximize gross margin.
Execute digital tracking using TMS, loadboards, and real-time visibility tools.
