Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years in freight brokerage or logistics operations.
• Hands-on with RMIS, TMS, and EFS payment setup.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage relationships with third-party carriers; set up in RMIS; maintain communications.
• Book loads and negotiate to secure cost-effective logistics.
• Track in-transit shipments; update TMS; confirm ETAs and windows.
• Resolve issues; approve and issue EFS advances; obtain PODs; process accessorial charges.
• Work independently and as part of the team; follow and improve processes; cross-train.
