Lean Solutions Group in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Logistics Coordinator - Carrier Sales with McLeod experience to drive growth by expanding the carrier network and coordinating end‑to‑end freight movements from pickup to delivery.

You will negotiate rates and lanes, source new shipper accounts, track shipments in real time, ensure compliance and documentation, and collaborate with accounting on billing and collections.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of freight brokerage or carrier sales experience.
• Proficient in using McLeod TMS and load boards.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound activity: make multiple carrier calls and manage load postings.
• Business development: source and onboard shipper accounts and carriers.
• Rate & lane negotiation: secure profitable rates and reliable capacity.
• Freight matching & coordination: match loads with carriers and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Shipment tracking & compliance: monitor in real time and ensure safety and regulatory standards.
• Documentation & logistics admin: manage rate confirmations, BOLs, and invoices.
• Market awareness & collaboration: monitor market trends and assist billing with the accounting team.
