Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Logistics Coordinator - Carrier Sales to link shippers and carriers, driving growth and coordinating end-to-end freight movements from pickup to delivery.

You will prospect new clients, build a robust carrier network, negotiate rates, and ensure on-time execution while meeting a daily minimum of 12 loads and earning a $3 incentive per load.

Qualifications

• Experience using a TMS is highly preferred, with familiarity of major load boards (DAT, Truckstop).
• 1–3 years in freight brokerage, carrier sales, logistics, or dispatching preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills under pressure.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and customer-service oriented; able to hit 12 loads/day.

Responsibilities

• Outbound activity: maintain high daily productivity with multiple carrier calls and load postings.
• Load management: book and manage a minimum of 12 loads per day.
• Business development: source onboard new shipper accounts and carriers.
• Rate/ lane negotiation: secure profitable rates and reliable capacity.
• Freight matching: pair loads with carriers; schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Tracking/compliance: monitor shipments, ensure safety/insurance/regulatory standards.
• Documentation: use McLeod TMS and load boards; manage rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices.
