What We Are Looking For

Sourcing & Capacity Management

• Proven ability to actively source, engage, and retain carrier networks across varied lane densities and volumes.
• Hands-on experience with carrier onboarding, due diligence, and strict compliance checks.
• Capability to manage active loadboards to guarantee 100% load coverage with zero givebacks.

Rate Strategy & Negotiation

• Strong track record of negotiating competitive spot and contract rates to maximize gross margin.
• Market awareness of freight dynamics, seasonal rate fluctuations, equipment types, and geographic lane pricing.
• Consistent achievement of monthly volume, revenue, and gross profit targets.

Digital Execution & Tracking

• Proficiency in digital freight platforms and real-time tracking tools (e.g., MacroPoint, loadboards, TMS).
• Track record of driving driver technology adoption to maintain target tracking automation above 90%.
• Discipline in executing proactive check-calls, event-logging, and prioritizing high-urgency freight.

High-Stress Incident Resolution

• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot operational issues (driver fall-offs, breakdowns, rejections, TONUs, and detention) decisively rather than just passing along updates.
• Speed and accuracy in processing accessorial charges, Comchecks, and operational paperwork.
• Strong collaboration skills for seamless shift handoffs in a 24/7 operating model.
