Job summary

First Gen seeks a senior sales enablement leader to elevate retail sales capabilities across B2B and B2C channels. You will shape strategy, build scalable processes, and drive disciplined execution to accelerate revenue growth.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to implement performance metrics, training programs, and a repeatable sales methodology—the First Gen Way to Sell—while leveraging analytics to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 7+ years in retail sales, covering both B2B and B2C solutions.
• At least 5 years managing sales teams.
• At least 5 years in a management capacity.
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-company and multi-team program or project implementation.
• Preferred: 7 years in retail sales enablement and/or retail sales effectiveness.
• Strong technical and soft skills as described (PM, strategic thinking, communication).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the sales team's capability system across the organization, including processes and tools.
• Improve sales insighting by structuring teams, aligning trends with capability building, and extracting lessons.
• Develop and communicate the First Gen Way to Sell and embed it into culture and operations.
• Drive analytics and technology improvements to support group strategies and operations.
• Provide advocacy materials and technical backstopping to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to define and implement recognition and rewards based on performance.
• Establish key processes to track customer information and sales performance for learning and growth.
