First Gen Corporation is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the sales capability system across multiple teams and regions. You will shape tools, processes, and knowledge to elevate performance in both B2B and B2C contexts, while embedding a unified sales methodology.

You will partner with HR and senior leadership to design recognition systems and ensure alignment with group strategies and long-term decarbonization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management with related fields preferred.
• 7+ years in retail sales, B2B and B2C exposure, with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading multi-team programs and sales capability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the sales team’s capability system across orgs, tools, processes and knowledge.
• Advance sales insighting by organizing teams and aligning insights with capability building.
• Develop and embed a consistent sales methodology across the organization.
• Drive analytics and technology to support group strategies and performance tracking.
• Provide advocacy and technical backstopping to leadership with prepared materials.
