Job description

• Keep track of overall sales performance to make sure everything runs smoothly and transactions are processed quickly.

• Provide sales teams with tools, scripts, and guides to help them during client interactions.
• Research new strategies to grow both sales and the customer base.
• Create and present regular sales reports to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Create yearly operational plans tailored to the specific region.

• Plan and manage the launch of new products with customers, ensuring they go to market smoothly.
• Develop business growth programs to improve performance in the field.
