The role focuses on data-driven initiatives, integrated campaigns, and thought leadership content, collaborating with Business Development to accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing within consulting, professional services, technology, or enterprise environments.
• Experience driving inbound lead generation and supporting long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buyer behaviour.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Ability to translate strategy into hands-on execution.
• Analytical, commercially minded, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Build and optimize inbound lead-generation channels.
• Plan and launch integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid media, and events.
• Create high-quality thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage website performance, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Implement marketing automation and nurture workflows.
• Track KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
