PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Director of Recruiting Operations to provide strategic leadership for recruitment programs supporting large US-based clients.

You will lead Recruitment Managers and multiple teams, ensuring client satisfaction, delivery, and continuous improvement in a complex, data-driven environment. You will translate client objectives and forecasts into practical strategies, analyze complex recruitment data, and drive performance, capacity planning, and resource

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including operations leadership.
• 5+ years at senior manager or director level.
• Experience leading managers or multiple teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing large or complex client portfolios or accounts.
• Strong funnel management, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance diagnosis.
• Ability to interpret complex information and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Experience presenting performance results to senior clients or leaders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work US hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Recruitment Managers and their teams.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with client hiring requirements, forecasts, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Analyze recruitment funnels, conversion rates, recruiter capacity, productivity, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement effective recovery and continuous-improvement plans.
• Forecast results and allocate recruitment resources based on demand, urgency, complexity, and business impact.
• Manage multiple priorities, client escalations, changing requirements, and periods of high or unpredictable hiring demand.
• Present operational performance, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior US client and company stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and lead difficult discussions involving delivery, resources, performance, and expectations.
• Develop leadership capability, address performance concerns, and build succession readiness among Recruitment Managers.
• Lead client implementations, account growth, process transformation, and adoption of new recruitment technology.
