The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge of the US hiring landscape, proven sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the US market.
• Strong sourcing using job boards and proactive candidate engagement.
• Ability to identify and attract specialized or hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Map markets and engage passive talent through proactive outreach.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, and role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients within timelines.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and sourcing systems.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout sourcing and submission.
• Provide updates on sourcing activity and market trends.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
