Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including operations leadership.
• 5+ years at senior manager or director level.
• Experience leading managers or multiple teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing large or complex client portfolios or accounts.
• Strong funnel management, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance diagnosis.
• Ability to interpret complex information and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Experience presenting performance results to senior clients or leaders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work US hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Recruitment Managers and their teams.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with client hiring requirements, forecasts, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Analyze recruitment funnels, conversion rates, recruiter capacity, productivity, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement effective recovery and continuous-improvement plans.
• Forecast results and allocate recruitment resources based on demand, urgency, complexity, and business impact.
• Manage multiple priorities, client escalations, changing requirements, and periods of high or unpredictable hiring demand.
• Present operational performance, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior US client and company stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and lead difficult discussions involving delivery, resources, performance, and expectations.
• Develop leadership capability, address performance concerns, and build succession readiness among Recruitment Managers.
• Lead client implementations, account growth, process transformation, and adoption of new recruitment technology.

About the role

The Director of Recruiting Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for recruitment programs supporting large and complex US-based clients. The position leads Recruitment Managers and multiple recruiting teams and is accountable for client satisfaction, hiring delivery, recruitment performance, leadership capability, and continuous improvement. This role translates client objectives, workforce forecasts, and service-level commitments into practical recruitment strategies and operating plans. The Director analyzes complex recruitment data, identifies patterns and delivery risks, determines root causes, and makes timely decisions when information is incomplete or priorities are changing.

About you

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, Recruitment Operations, RPO, staffing, sales operations, or a comparable metrics-driven business environment
• At least 5 years of experience at the Senior Manager, Director, or comparable leadership level
• Demonstrated experience leading managers or multiple teams and owning measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing a large or complex account, client portfolio, operation, or business function
• Strong understanding of funnel management, including forecasting, conversion analysis, capacity planning, and performance diagnosis
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information, solve unfamiliar problems, and make sound decisions under pressure or with incomplete information
• Experience presenting performance results, risks, and recommendations to senior clients or business leaders
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work in alignment with US business hours when required
