Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• With proven experience in customer success, account management, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, solution selling, or technology-related products and services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Autodesk solutions, software products, or the AEC industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales processes, market analysis, and business development strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships to maximize value and retention.
• Drive customer success and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to manage accounts approaching renewal.
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and webinars to support customer success.
• Monitor account health and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a trusted solution advisor and advocate for customer needs.
• Develop proposals and recommendations to improve clients’ business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to generate new business.
