Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the Philippines to guide new clients through onboarding, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth transition as they adopt our tools. You will collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance and Talent Acquisition to deliver a unified client support system and drive renewal opportunities.

Success is measured by onboarding and hire retention rates, ongoing client support, and contributing to initiatives that reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or Communications.
• 2-5 years in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Experience understanding Philippine Labor is not required, but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the set team OKRs and metrics.
• Build an understanding of customers' business objectives.
• Strengthen client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Deliver onboarding sessions to drive value.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contracts.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and deployment per SLAs.
• Collaborate with Collections to ensure timely invoices.
• Manage inquiries during HyperCare (3 months).
• Document business reviews through follow-up calls in the ERP.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities during HyperCare.
• Meet regularly to improve processes and progress.
• Generate progress reports for clients and leadership.
• Share best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
