Job summary

Unknown Client is seeking a Customer Success professional in the Philippines to manage long-term customer relationships, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing value across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver outcomes, act as a customer advocate, and support renewals and expansion opportunities.

The role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering trainings, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management and business productivity tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with technology, software, or enterprise solutions environments is beneficial.
• Strong facilitation, project coordination, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Support customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding business needs and delivering value.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify development opportunities.
• Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Drive customer engagement through regular communication, training, resources, and community-building initiatives.
• Support renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer success programs.
• Monitor customer performance, track progress against goals, and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practice development.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and continue developing professional capabilities.
• Coordinate responses to customer issues and support effective resolution when required.
