Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in compensation & benefits or HR operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer benefits programs including government remittances.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data privacy.
• Provide guidance to associates on compensation and benefits and liaise with vendors.
• Generate reports for management and compliance.
