Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Officer to support payroll, employee benefits, and HR administration. The role will work closely with the Total Rewards Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related transactions.

Working with the Total Rewards Manager, you will ensure accurate, timely processing of employee transactions, respond to payroll inquiries, and help maintain 201 files and government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine government-mandated benefits and payroll processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling numbers and confidential information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Validate timekeeping and payroll data and coordinate with payroll providers.
• Assist with employee loans, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated benefits.
• Assist in processing insurance enrollment, claims, and employee benefits.
• Support final pay processing and maintain employee 201 files.
• Process BIR updates and other HR documentation.
• Prepare attendance reports, Certificates of Employment, and other HR reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
