Job summary

CREC is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Officer to administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate payroll-related processing and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

You will handle enrollment, updates, terminations, and liaison with government agencies while maintaining precise records and supporting payroll activities. Strong communication and integrity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration in a medium to large organization is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
• Process enrollment, updates, and termination of employee benefits.
• Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding employee concerns and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and process employee loans, reimbursements, salary adjustments, and benefit claims.
• Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Assist in payroll preparation by validating employee movements and compensation-related transactions.
• Prepare periodic reports on compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
