The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations. On-site work, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, government-mandated benefits, labor law, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and timekeeping data.
• Manage benefits programs including government remittances.
• Maintain records in HRIS with data privacy compliance.
