Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
• 1–2 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compensation & benefits operations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and deductions.
• Maintain compliance with labor and government regulations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
• Prepare compensation and benefits analyses and reports.
• Coach and develop Compensation & Benefits team.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on benefits matters.
• Maintain employee data and records.
