Job summary

All About People Consulting is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to lead payroll, benefits, and compliance functions in Metro Manila. The role focuses on salary structure development, market benchmarking, and ensuring regulatory adherence under Philippine labor laws.

You will supervise a team, coordinate with Finance, and drive process improvements to optimize compensation programs, benefits delivery, and reporting accuracy for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• At least 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Philippine labor laws
• Experience handling government statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing salary structures and compensation programs
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
• Review and monitor salary adjustments, promotions, and merit increases
• Ensure internal equity and compliance with company compensation policies
• Supervise payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Review payroll reports, deductions, tax computations, and adjustments
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
• Oversee administration of employee benefits (HMO, insurance, leave management, etc.)
• Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
• Monitor and evaluate benefits programs for effectiveness and cost-efficiency
• Prepare periodic reports related to compensation and benefits
• Assist in audits and government inspections
• Maintain accurate employee compensation records
• Supervise and guide Compensation & Benefits staff
• Recommend process improvements for payroll and benefits administration
• Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures
