Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years in compensation/benefits or payroll.
• Proficient with payroll systems and HRIS.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits policies that align with industry standards and company objectives.
• Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programmed, including vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Process and resolve employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits eligibility, and related matters.
• Prepare comprehensive compensation and benefits reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, BIR regulations, and other statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team on recruitment initiatives and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compensation and benefits activities.
• Support the design and communication of employee incentive programmes and performance-based compensation schemes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll management
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to employees
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
