Power Mac Center is seeking a Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead payroll operations, compensation strategies, and employee benefits in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The role ensures accurate processing, compliance with Philippine laws, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll management or related roles, with strong knowledge of BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAGIBIG, and proficiency in payroll software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management or similar role in the Philippines.
• Demonstrated expertise in Philippine labour laws, BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAGIBIG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations, including processing, reconciliation, validation, and timely salary payments.
• Lead salary evaluation and review, including job evaluation, benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and offers based on market data and budget.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives and market practices.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regs, social security contributions, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports, variances, labor cost reports for management decisions.
• Monitor manpower and labor costs vs approved budgets and provide cost-saving insights.
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
• Conduct regular payroll and compensation audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with government agencies and third-party providers on payroll and benefits matters.
• Address employee inquiries regarding salary, payroll, benefits, and compensation promptly.
