Job summary

A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in payroll, benefits administration, or billing management.
• Experience in managing manpower vendor billing, including reconciliation and contract compliance.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll laws.
• Develop and manage salary structures and conduct market benchmarking.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor regulations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for leadership.
