Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an HR Officer - Compensation & Benefits to support HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration. You will help maintain HR policies, run payroll processes, and ensure compliance with government regulations, including BIR filings.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping in the HRIS, salary benchmarking, and ongoing process improvements. Onsite work is required at Primex Tower, San Juan City, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, HR operations, or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll, statutory benefits, and BIR requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS with payroll reconciliation and data analysis skills.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, job leveling, and compensation reports.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of HR operations and ensure policies and processes comply with government-mandated requirements.
• Assist in developing and updating HR manuals, payroll, and benefits job aids.
• Coordinate employment contracts, payroll, and benefits processing.
• Ensure HRIS and employee records are updated and accurate.
• Maintain stakeholder contact database and conduct regular audits of records.
• Support payroll and benefits programs and ensure timely filing of government reports and remittances.
• Prepare and review Alphalist and BIR-related reports (Form 1601C, Alphalist/2316).
• Assist in salary structures, pay reviews, and annual salary updates.
• Support compliance audits and provide data for sustainability and stockholder reports.
