Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration within the Philippines. The role covers compliance, policy development, performance support, and coordination across departments.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, records management, and training coordination while assisting senior executives and maintaining data integrity across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and office administration.
• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure completion of employment documentation.
• Coordinate employee exits, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Maintain HR databases and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate mandatory government and statutory requirements.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Track employee development plans and training programs.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate company-wide communications and announcements.
