Job summary

The role involves coordinating with IT, facilities, and leadership teams, handling confidential information, and ensuring accurate, timely HR processes across shifts, including US time zone coverage.

Qualifications

• College-level education or degree.
• US HR or Shared Services experience within the last 2 years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication at all organization levels.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Willing to work in the Bridgetowne, QC office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee exits including company communication and IT/facilities coordination.
• Facilitate employee changes such as transfers and promotions.
• Support Improvement Action Plan tracking and filing.
• Own communication with new hires and leaders about goals.
• Support HR Operations systems for internal and external users.
• Assist with HR-related reports and intake of concerns.
• Provide HR information on unemployment claims and rehiring eligibility.
• Organize employee data like exit feedback and attrition reports.
• Provide admin support for day-to-day HR Operations tasks.
• Maintain electronic filing, saving, updating and auditing.
