Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to support Performance and Total Reward programs, advising on design and delivery of compensation and benefits solutions that attract and retain top talent.

You will analyze data, partner with country HR teams, and help plan, implement and communicate compensation policies to enable business performance and workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder with 3–5 years’ analyst experience.
• Hands-on HR technology experience including Workday and PowerBI.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills in spreadsheets.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support annual Performance and Compensation Reviews planning and administration.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers on pay-for-performance analyses.
• Conduct market surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises.
• Research market trends and regulatory changes for compliance.
• Assist in preparing C&B proposals and analytics for HR planning.
