Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS/Benefits administration experience.
• Strong MS Excel and data reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hires and employee data into HRIS and coordinate onboarding.
• Administer government and company benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, insurance).
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and run periodic audits.
• Prepare HR reports and presentation materials (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Assist with annual benefits enrollment and invoicing processes.
• Handle leave management and payroll-related data accuracy.
