Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Manager, HR Business Partner to lead HR strategies across designated branches and forge strong partnerships with business leaders to deliver value-adding services and a positive employee experience.

The role requires building advisory relationships with stakeholders, guiding performance management, IDPs/PDPs/PIPs, and ensuring robust HR systems, data integrity, and effective compensation and benefits at the branch level.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced study in HRM/OD/Business management preferred.
• 4+ years in HR leadership role.

Mansioni

• Partner with business leaders to plan and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Build advisory relationships with branch stakeholders to align HR programs with objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Zone Head and Employee Services for branch service delivery.
• Ensure branch staffing and resources at target levels.
• Coach managers on performance management, IDPs/PDPs/PIPs and talent interventions.
• Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, policies, and compensation & benefits in the branch.
• Support employee engagement and wellness programs.
