Job summary

You will conduct salary benchmarking, job offers, and annual market reviews; oversee payroll and benefits administration; and ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance across the CompBen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field.
• Post-graduate degree in Psychology, HRM or units in Business Management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources in a large manufacturing firm.
• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and administration of compensation, benefits, rewards and performance management programmes.
• Ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance of compensation strategies.
• Oversee salary analysis, job offers for new hires and employee movements.
• Review and design job grading and Salary Structure; conduct annual market reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance and third-party providers for payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain documentation of performance reviews and compliance with policies and government regulations.
