Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager in the Philippines to lead compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee rewards programs.

You will drive program development, ensure compliance, and manage client relationships with a focus on accuracy and service quality. The role requires strong C&B operations expertise, people management skills, and the ability to coordinate with payroll and HR teams to deliver timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field.
• ≥5 years in Compensation & Benefits with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong client and stakeholder management background.
• Knowledge of BEN AD-related functions preferred.
• Solid benefits administration, payroll, and labor regulation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage salary structures, reviews, incentives, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate compensation changes.
• Oversee government-mandated benefits and HMO/insurance programs.
• Prepare reports and analytics for management reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Provide timely resolutions to compensation and benefits concerns.
