Global Officium Limited INC- Cubao is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to oversee pay and benefits administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive salary surveys and compensation policy strategy.

The role involves collaborating with external vendors, conducting market analyses, and shaping job evaluation and grading systems to support company-wide salary reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversees distribution of pay and benefits information to employees.
• Ensures pay and benefits plans comply with local regulations.
• Selects and manages outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers.
• Collaborates with third-party providers for the Company's participation in the Annual Salary Survey.
• Provides expertise and recommendations on compensation and benefits policies, programs and plans.
• Performs salary analysis to assess internal and market competitiveness for hires and promotions per the compensation philosophy.
• Develops and implements the Company’s Job Evaluation Program and administers the Job Structure and Grading System.
• Manages the strategic compensation plan as the basis for company-wide salary reviews.
• Implements cascading of approved compensation policies and guidelines across the organization.
• Conducts benefits research and planning and relevant rewards practices in the industry.
• Designs pay-for-performance plans, including guidelines for bonuses and incentive pay.
