Job summary

Entech Philippines is seeking a Manager, Compensation and Benefits to oversee pay and benefits processes and ensure compliant reporting.

The role builds fair compensation plans, drives salary structures across the group, and leads a team of HR professionals to deliver accurate payroll and benefits administration.

You will implement governance, stay updated on regulations, and collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payroll/Compensation & Benefits with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge and exposure in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll administration.
• Good communication skills and mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information and input accuracy for employee pay data.
• Updates payroll records for exemptions, insurance, deductions, and transfers.
• Prepares bank files for salary credit and related reports.
• Ensures timely submission of government reportorial requirements (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, BIR).
• Leads design and implementation of remuneration and rewards programs.
• Drives standardization of pay and benefits with HR Business Partners.
